This cake is one of the best I’ve made – it’s delicious! It got rave reviews at a party I had from both kids and adults. I’ll definitely have it again, and often.


This cake is so moist and easy to make. I made it as a layer cake for my husband’s birthday and recommend using springform pans. The cake was so moist I had trouble getting it out of the pans in one piece!! I reduced the fat by replacing the oil with applesauce, eggs with Egg Beaters, whipped cream with fat-free whipped cream, and pudding with sugar-free/fat-free pudding and it turned out great!

This is one of the best Cake recipes I have tasted. It’s absolutely delicious!!! I would recommend this to everyone because not only does it taste good but it is so easy to make. My family just loved this recipe.
